Proposal for Changes of Human Resource Management in a Company

The thesis is focused on human resources management and particular activities of the human resources process. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical starting points, by defining basic concepts and specific HR activities. In the empirical part of the thesis, quantitative research was conducted across the international companies in the B2B market and simultaneously they have the performance of their activities in the territory of the Czech Republic. Then a case study of the selected company was conducted and proposals for improvement in the sub-areas of human resources activities were formulated based on identified problem areas. Furthermore, recommendations for improvement in the field of individual human resources activities are suggested.

The diploma thesis is focused on the planning of personal development of employees in the context of the process of performance management in the organization. Attention is paid to the role and function of personal development planning in achieving the set goals in the process of performance management. The theoretical part defines concepts of performance management, education and development and personal development planning and describes theories of these concepts. The analytical part, based on a study of internal documents and interviews with managers, describes how the work performance of employees in Czech-Moravian Guarantee and Development Bank is managed. The result of this research was identification of weaknesses in the application of the concept of work performance management in the organization. Finally, recommendations are proposed in order to streamline the mentioned processes in the organization. The theme of master´s thesis is proposal of development training program in a selected company. The key to the successful operation of a company are well-educated and skilled employees. The main objective is to analyze the current state of the educational system in a company and to propose appropriate modifications in favor of employees and a company as a whole. The first part defines the objectives, methods and procedures of work. The second part focuses on theoretical background. The third part is devoted to analyses of the internal and external environment. The fourth part deals with the design of development and education. The fifth part is the economic evaluation of the project.
Personnel Management in an Individual Business Entity

The bachelor thesis is focused on personnel management and its activities in a small enterprise. The thesis is divided into two main parts theoretical frame work and practical part. In the theoretical frame work, several possible terms from the field of personnel management are explained. Personnel activities, which are analysed in the practical part, are described here. At the beginning of the practical part an individual business entity is briefly introduced, including development of its economic activities and the process of employment. Next, it focuses on analysis of personnel management and its activities. In the last part some proposal of changes of personnel management are created.
Analysis of problematics about employee training within Human resources and employment Operational programme

Project is concerned with training of employees in general level, that means factors which lead employee and employer to increase human capital, and developement activities which increase, enlarge and enrich actual knowledge and abilities of employees. Project displays educational level of community in districts of Czech Republic and expected progress of the highest level of reached community´s education. Attention is focused on Human resources and employment Operational programme through which is possible to educate employees in period from 2007 to 2013. Project goal is oriented to assess allocation of funds and realization of project grant support 1.1, priority Axis 1 of Human resources and employment Operational programme. Recipients of grant project support are companies or professional associations. Input values for analysis are obtained from publicly available data and information. Results from analysis are compared with the educational level of community in individual districts. Contribution of the thesis is assembling of conclusion and sub-recommendations which could be helpful to guide the public about realized projects, and more effective allocation of funds from ESF not only in structurally afflicted districts but even to districts with the lowest educational level of community.
Education and Development of Employees

The thesis deals with the education and development of employees in the company providing logistics services. The company wished to remain anonymous, and therefore for the purposes of the thesis entitled NOVACS. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical section contains basic definitions of concepts, relationships and connections related to the issue of education and staff development. The methodology used in the theoretical part includes an analysis of available literature and supplementary documents. Practical content is an analysis of staff education and development in the department of informational technologies of the company NOVACS. The practical facts are compared with findings in the theoretical part. The system of education and staff development at NOVACS is examined and assessed from the perspective of senior manager of IT department, whose job performance in the field of education and staff training and development is analyzed too. The result of the thesis are identified strengths and weaknesses of the education and development of employees in NOVACS, and the related advices and recommendations to improve the system by the author of the thesis.

The main goal is to compare individual criterion mentioned in the theoretical part with the once used in Raiffeisenbank, a.s. Theoretical part summarizes general findings to the given problematics, practical part describes human resources department and their activities like process of of recruitment, selection of employees and also activities related to the training and development of employees. The partial goal is to specify on of the method of selection, and that is assesment centre.
